At 57 years old, I remain passionate about sports and health. For decades I have been participating in some of the most demanding ultra-endurance MTB races: every year I run several MTB marathons like La Desértica, 101 de Ronda, Guzmán el Bueno and I have completed the legendary Titan Desert of Morocco on 3 occasions.
These experiences have taught me that to perform at maximum and recover properly, adequate supplementation is essential. However, for years traditional formats were uncomfortable: pills difficult to swallow, powders that had to be prepared, and the constant feeling of being medicalized.
